How do tooth fillings work?

Tooth fillings involves removing decayed tooth material, cleaning of affected area, and then filling the cavity with a material. This process restores the tooth's shape, function and prevents further decay.

When should I bring my child in for their first dental exam?

We recommend that you bring in your child for a dental exam at 5 years. We also encourage that you make a child a part of your dental experience any time you visit us. We have plenty of room in our facility to accommodate your kids while they wait for you during your treatment.

Does the clinic have digital x-ray technology?

Ours is a modern practice and this is true for all our equipment. From our X-rays, to intraoral cameras. It makes patient-doctor communication easier and facilitates prompt treatment.

Do I need an appointment to see a dentist? I have a dental emergency!

No, you do not need an appointment for a dental emergency. Infact, we prioritize emergencies. Please call us on the numbers listed for emergencies.

What should I expect during my first visit?

At Your first visit, a consultation & examination is done by your dentist. A panoramic X-ray(full mouth X-ray) is also usually taken at this visit so that a proper treatment plan can be discussed with you. At CareDent, We love receiving new patients and we can’t wait to see you.
